Parent & school account consent

Individual under-13 accounts start with the parent or guardian’s email and verified consent. No school approval is needed. Schools use their separate educational authorization and account-creation process.

What happens next

  1. Submit the minimal contact form and keep the private receipt below. It shows status only, never student records.
  2. YFLP verifies the parent’s email control, identity and parental authority. No school participates in approving an individual account. An email address or receipt alone is not proof of identity.
  3. The verified parent receives the notice and returns signed permission through the verified YFLP channel. YFLP reviews consent and issues a parent-authorized individual signup token, with no school association.

Contact legal@yflp.org for help, an urgent concern, or a lost receipt. No automatic verification or invitation email is sent by this form. Unverified consent contact is removed after seven days. Records requests keep their original received date and must be handled within applicable deadlines; follow up promptly.

This request is for an individual account. A school, school code, and school approval are not required.

Do not enter the child’s name, email, birth date, responses, password, financial details or identity documents here. Specific records and supporting information are obtained only through the verified process. If you are under 13, ask a parent, guardian or your school to submit using their adult contact email.
