Terms of Service

YFLP offers educational resources and school-managed learning tools. Using the service is subject to these terms and any applicable agreement with your school.

Accounts and school access

Keep account details accurate and passwords private. Adults and teens can register directly. Under-13 accounts require verified parent or school authorization before signup. Users under 18 should have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized school. School roles require approval; creating an account does not grant teacher or administrator access. A signup purpose does not establish actual school or parental authority.

Acceptable use

Use the service for learning and authorized administration. Do not harass others, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, share private student records, bypass access controls, or submit sensitive financial information. Administrators may deactivate memberships and the platform may suspend organization access for misuse.

Educational content

Lessons and tools are educational examples, not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Use fictional amounts in practice tools. Curriculum outlines describe planned material; only published lessons are available for assigned learning.

Your work and school records

You retain rights in your original work. You allow YFLP and authorized school users to store, display, and review it as necessary to provide the educational service. Schools must have authority to provide student information and must manage permissions, required notices, and agreements. This permission does not authorize advertising or unrelated commercial use of student work.

Availability and requests

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Contact the operator for access or privacy concerns. Mandatory legal rights are not waived by these terms. School-specific obligations, liability terms, and retention requirements should be agreed in writing before institutional deployment.
