Organization sign-in & branding
Customize the shared school/district sign-in page and organization address.
Customize sign-in
Owners and administrators open School management → Organization sign-in branding. Upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP logo up to 2 MB, choose an accent color, and enter a welcome message of up to 180 characters. Save sign-in branding, then use View organization sign-in to check it. Logos and welcome messages are public; leave out student information.
District inheritance
Schools inherit district branding until their own branding is saved. At a school, choose Use district branding to restore inheritance. Branding changes the sign-in appearance; it does not grant access or connect an external identity provider.
Change the organization login ID
The owner opens Settings → Your organization address. The initial ID is a random 15-character string. A custom ID must be unique and use 3–40 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens, beginning and ending with a letter or number. Previous IDs redirect to the current address. Share the resulting organization sign-in link.
Shared sign-in and SSO
School and district pages use a shared YFLP email/password account system. Google, Microsoft, Apple, Clever and ClassLink connection settings are available. Real provider setup and testing must be completed before activation. Create or provision the age/consent-reviewed account first, using the actual provider email.
Your verified membership determines access. Instructions describe the current platform; school policies may add requirements.
